Websites for businesses

Business website design and redesign

We build company websites and redesign sites that no longer explain the offer clearly, are difficult to use or hard to manage. We define the structure, content, design and required features, then choose a suitable platform.

The operating constraint

A website that explains your offer and makes contact easy

Visitors need to understand what you offer, who it is for and how to contact you. We organise pages, messaging and forms around those questions. For a redesign, we also review what should stay: useful content, page addresses, photography and working features.

Signals that intervention is needed

  1. 01

The current site no longer explains the offer or the audience clearly.

  2. 02

Redesign discussions start from visual preferences without agreed journeys or conversion actions.

  3. 03

Content, forms, analytics and CRM handoff are owned by different suppliers and do not reconcile.

  4. 04

The team cannot update the site safely without technical intervention.

Execution

What the website project covers

01

We analyse and execute

  • Define audiences, commercial actions, page roles and the evidence each page must provide.
  • Audit existing URLs, content, analytics, forms, integrations and technical constraints.
  • Design information architecture, wireframes, reusable components and responsive behaviour.
  • Selects or validates the CMS, builder or development approach against ownership and integration needs.
  • Implement or coordinates build, content migration, analytics, SEO continuity and launch QA.
02

What you receive at handover

  • An agreed page structure and content for your company, services and projects.
  • A website adapted for mobile and desktop, built on the agreed platform.
  • Contact forms, measurement setup and the integrations included in the project.
  • SEO foundations: titles, descriptions, internal links and indexability checks, with redirects where existing addresses change.
  • Agreed account access, editing instructions and the launch checklist.

01

The project determines the platform

A business website does not have to use WordPress. We select a CMS or development approach based on content, features, integrations, budget and who will manage the pages. For other platforms, we review the technical requirements before confirming delivery. Online stores require a separate discussion about the catalogue, payments and shipping.

02

What we check before and after launch

We test pages and forms on mobile and desktop, changed URLs, indexability and measurement. After launch, we review enquiries and page usage where enough data is available. A technical score does not replace testing the site's actual functions.

03

What is not included or guaranteed

Hosting, licences, photography, unlimited revisions, continuous content production and paid media are not included unless agreed. A website does not guarantee traffic or sales without a viable offer, distribution and ongoing operation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to choose the platform first?

No. We first define content, journeys, integrations, ownership and operating constraints, then select the appropriate platform.

Can you rebuild without losing existing SEO value?

We inventory URLs, metadata, content and inbound signals and prepare redirect and validation rules. Final visibility still depends on crawling, content quality and market conditions.

Can our team edit the website after launch?

Yes. The editing model, reusable components, permissions and training are part of the implementation decision.

Do you also write the content?

Content strategy, page briefs and rewriting can be included. Claims, approvals and specialist source material remain the client’s responsibility.

How much does a business website cost?

The cost depends on the number and type of pages, available content, design, languages and integrations. The quote separates implementation from hosting, licences and ongoing management. Pricing follows an agreed scope.

How long does it take to launch a website?

The schedule depends on the required pages and features, available materials and approval stages. We agree who prepares and approves the copy and images, and what needs to be tested before launch.

Planning a new website or a redesign?

Send your current website, if you have one, the services you want to present and what visitors need to be able to do. We use this to define the pages, features, responsibilities and quote.
