How much does a presentation website cost and what should it include?

The cost of a presentation website is not defined only by the number of pages. Two five-page websites can require very different work if one already has clear copy, good images and a simple structure, while the other needs repositioning, forms, tracking, translations and migration from an old platform.

What a clear proposal should include

A useful proposal separates page structure, copywriting or copy improvement, responsive design, technical implementation, forms, basic SEO setup, analytics configuration and handover. If all of this is hidden inside one generic line, you cannot compare proposals properly.

What changes the cost

  • how many services need their own explanation;
  • whether content and images already exist;
  • whether the site must be bilingual;
  • whether old URLs must be preserved with redirects;
  • whether forms, tracking, newsletter or integrations are required;
  • whether editing must be easy in WordPress, Elementor or another builder.

Do not compare only the launch price

Check recurring costs as well: hosting, domain, licences, security, backups, maintenance and support. A low initial price can become expensive if every change requires technical work or if domain, hosting and admin access are unclear.

When redesign makes sense

If the current structure is sound but copy, forms or speed are weak, targeted improvement may be enough. If the old site no longer supports the offer, cannot be managed or has recurring technical problems, a redesign becomes a practical option.

The right next step

Before asking for a price, define the pages, what stays, what is rewritten, what is tested and what you receive at handover. For new builds or rebuilds, see website design and redesign. For existing sites, see website management and maintenance.
